  • Once availability is confirmed, a fee of £150 is to be paid to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable upon cancellation. This is a separate fee paid for the administration process & is a security against cancellations as deposits are not charged.
  • All communication must be confirmed via email to avoid miscommunication.
  • Responses are sent within 3 to 4 business days due to high volume of incoming enquiries.

Booking Process

  1. Complete the form with wedding date, venue and preparation time
  2. Receive availability confirmation (3-4 business days)
  3. Secure your date with £150 booking fee (non-refundable, administrative only)
  4. All details confirmed via email to prevent miscommunication
  5. Discuss your look on the Bridal Makeup appointment

Appointment Policy

  1. 15-minute grace period for all appointments
  2. 10% fee increase per 30-minute delay beyond grace period
  3. Please arrive prepared to avoid delays

Our Refund Policy

Clear Terms for Your Peace of Mind


We maintain transparent refund policies to ensure mutual understanding:


  • Securing fees (£150) are refunded only if Tanji is unable to attend your booking
  • No refunds for client cancellations under any circumstances
  • Rescheduling requires a new securing fee to protect against business loss
  • Service charges are non-refundable after makeup completion
  • Tanji ensures satisfaction through thorough consultations, multiple lighting tests, and unlimited adjustments before completion
  • We cannot refund for skin reactions - please advise of allergies before your appointment
