Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, or new launches), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • UK Standard Tracked Shipping (3–5 business days)£5.00
  • European Shipping Flat Rate - £15.00
  • International Shipping: - Flat Rate £22.50

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

You can also track your shipment anytime by logging into your BYTANJI account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if it's damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days at info@bytanji.uk. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if damaged)

We’ll investigate and assist with a solution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to ship certain items during extreme weather conditions (heat-sensitive items) or to P.O. Boxes.
