Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product is in pristine, resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used cosmetic items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at info@bytanji.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos, if applicable

We’ll assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products not purchased through our official website (www.bytanji.uk)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.

Legal Compliance

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers shopping online have the right to cancel and return eligible products within 14 days.
