• The product should be in its original, resalable condition.

Opened or Used Products

• Returns are usually not allowed for opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene and health regulations, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Item?

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
