We cannot accept a booking or check Tanji’s availability without these details from you.
Once availability is confirmed, a fee must be paid to secure your appointment. This amount is £150. This is non-refundable upon cancellation. This is a separate charge to the makeup fee & is a security against cancellations as deposits are not charged. All communication must be confirmed via email to avoid miscommunication.

All Bridal Functions 90 Minute Appointment: £500
Regular Makeup Service 60 Minute Appointment: £250 (ON PAUSE TILL FURTHER NOTICE)
Editorial, eCommerce, Branding - Negotiable dependent on number of models, looks, hours, usage & location.
LATENESS APPOINTMENT POLICY
15 Minute grace period is given to both Brides & Tanji, should there be any delays.
There is an increase of 10% of the total fee per every 30 Minute Delay for Clients who exceed the 15 Minute grace period. We kindly request that you are thoroughly prepared for your appointment in advance to avoid delays for your wedding day and for Tanji’s schedule of Brides for the day.
Refunds
Please note that the refunds of securing fees are only made when Tanji is unable to attend your booking.
Under no circumstances are refunds provided whereupon the client cancels.
The rescheduling of an existing booking will require a new securing fee in order to protect against the loss of business incurring whilst original date was held.
Refunds of makeup charges are not provided after completion of the makeup service, where Tanji has arrived at the location & provided full services. Tanji provides a thorough service by allowing client to asses the look thoroughly for changes before full competition. Studio lighting is also used to compare the makeup in both natural day light & artificial light. Proof of photo & video is taken where both parties can assess how the look translates on camera. It is upon the client to provide as much information as possible for her desired results before the appointment concludes. Tanji is more than happy to change elements of the look as many times as the client requests & does not leave until client is more than satisfied with the end result.
Refunds are not eligible upon skin reactions as this is dependent on product formulas and ingredients by makeup brands used. Tanji exclusively uses Chanel, Tom Ford, Hourglass, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, Laura Mercier. Clients should inform of specific ingredient allergies beforehand.
